This tour dives deep into Nepal’s vibrant culture. It starts with the famous Kathmandu, Patan, and Bhaktapur Durbar Squares. Each square is filled with ancient palaces, temples, and detailed artworks, taking visitors back in time to see the artistic skills of centuries ago. These squares are not just old buildings; they are living proof of Nepal’s history and craftsmanship.
The tour also includes visits to the spiritual sites of Swayambhunath and Bouddhanath Stupa, which are important to Buddhists all over the world. Swayambhunath, also known as the Monkey Temple, offers stunning views of the Kathmandu Valley and a glimpse into Buddhist rituals. Bouddhanath, with its large stupa, is a peaceful place where pilgrims walk around in prayer.
Moving beyond the city, the tour goes to Chitwan National Park, a UNESCO site known for its rich wildlife. In this lush jungle and grassland, travelers can see rare animals like the one-horned rhinoceros and Bengal tiger, making for an exciting wildlife safari.

Trip Reviews
“A Great Introduction to Nepal”
In March we made our first visit to Nepal. We were looked after really well by Shreehari and his staff. The trip was a great success, and gave us a good insight into the culture, customs, and way of life of the people, as well as some spectacular views of the mountains, and a close-up look at the wildlife. We were fortunate that Shreehari was able to accompany us on some of our excursions. He was able to give us extensive information about the land, buildings and people that we saw.We wholeheartedly recommend Trekking Team Group to anyone looking to have a touring / trekking holiday in Nepal.
I chose UNESCO HERITAGE SITE as my first holiday in Nepal as I am not a keen trekker. Going into it, I assumed it would be fun and exciting but my expectations were thoroughly surpassed. Nepal itself is beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming. The culture is rich and quiet; leaving space to put your own personalized touch on your experience. Shree from TTG suggested a great combination of destinations, from the Everest Experience flight to the jungles of Chitwan. The accommodations were always above and beyond what I expected. While I was prepared for limited accommodations (running water, heating optional, electricity varied) most places made sure the stay was comfortable, if not luxurious. Our guides, Goku and driver Krishna, were knowledgeable, friendly, safe, and enjoyable. They really helped to shape my experience and help me get the most out of it. Nepal will forever hold a special place in my heart, and my amazing experience is credited much to the facilitation of Trekking Team Group. I highly recommend the tour I went on, and assume their others are equally amazing. I can’t wait to go back and revel in the beauty of Nepal.
Trekking Team Group was recommended to me by a friend who had made a tour with them two years back. As we were traveling with kids, we decided to take culture tour and we are glad that we chose this trip. All my boys liked it very much. We had excellent guide Tika and perfect driver Ash who were extraordinary. They were very friendly, had positive attitude, sense of humor and always taking care of my boys and making sure they love every moment in Nepal. My boys had great time with them and became good friend with Tika and Ash. I would highly recommend TTG for cultural tours and family holidays. Namaste!

Additional Information
This is ADVENTURE travel, and many of the destinations on this site are in remote, underdeveloped areas where unpredictability is the norm. Despite careful planning and organization, our adventure trips can’t be taken for granted like regular trips. Many of the places we visit lack the emergency health and safety services you’re used to in the developed world. Internal flights can be canceled, road transport is often uncomfortable and unreliable, and hotel standards may not match those of the West.
If you’re not prepared for this, you shouldn’t travel with us. The unpredictability also means that our itineraries are statements of intent, not contractual obligations. Factors such as weather, transport difficulties, and political instability might require us to change any itinerary. The trip leader will make any necessary changes after consulting with the group. Such changes are rarely significant, and we always do our best to minimize their impact. However, we cannot be held responsible for changes or delays, regardless of their cause.
