The cost of accommodation can increase as you ascend higher and higher, with a decrease in the facilities being offered. However, these costs are relatively cheaper than those you might have incurred in other treks.

8. High altitude freshwater lake:

Birendra Lake, Pungeen Gomba are some of the side treks that you can take while on the trek. However, you should keep in mind that these side treks are devoid of teahouses or hotels, thus you should return in a reasonable period of time on your initial trek route. September to November as well as March to May is considered the best seasons to take the Manaslu Circuit Trek. During Manaslu trek, Tsum valley trek can be organized which lies in the same region, however, need to add a couple of days if your wish to trek at that region.

 The government of Nepal started to protect this sanctuary with this name Manaslu Conservation area which is home to several birds and wildlife.
