Join us for a one-day yoga retreat designed to help you find peace and happiness in the present moment through mindfulness and meditation. During this retreat, you’ll enjoy Ayurvedic treatments, practice yoga poses, breathing exercises, and meditation. It’s a wonderful way to take care of your mind, body, and soul.
In the morning, our transport will pick you up from your hotel and bring you to our serene Ashram. You’ll spend the entire day learning and practicing these wellness activities. In the middle of the day, we will serve a delicious vegetarian lunch. After a day of relaxation and rejuvenation, you’ll be taken back to your hotel in the late afternoon. This retreat is a perfect way to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and focus on your well-being.
