Trip Reviews
Just get back from a 4 days trek in the Annapurna. The whole family (2 kids) really enjoy the journey to poon hill. Birman our fellows guide was really nice helpful and friendly. You can not go wrong to go with this company !!!
Poon Hill trek, Bandipur and Chitwan
We really enjoyed our Poon Hill trek with Hari and Sancha. They did a great job, making sure we caught all the beautiful mountain views; that the trekking pace suited us, and that everything ran smoothly with our tea house accommodation and meals. They were great company. Shree and Hari in the Kathmandu Office were also very helpful and flexible. We visited Bandipur and Chitwan using Trekking Team Group too and were delighted with the lovely accommodation and helpful driver they provided. We’d definitely use Trekking Team Group again and would recommend them to anyone else visiting Nepal.
Shreehari and Arjun are excellent guides and now friends. Knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating. Trekking Team will be the only group I use in the future and that I recommend to family and friends. This is a wonderful company, not only for trekking but also for cultural tours and visits of every kind.
Poon Hill trek – wonderful experience
Thanks to our excellent guides Arjun and Alok, our journey to Poon Hill was extremely enjoyable and memorable. I can’t give a high enough recommendation. Looking forward to coming back one day for another trek!
Could not ask for more !!!
Bir and Bim have given us a trek of a lifetime! Genuinely couldn’t have asked for more. Went up Poon Hill with them and felt safe and supported whilst encouraged to make the most of the immersive experience. Their advice, presence and conversation was much appreciated by everyone.
I would highly recommend trekking with the Team Trekking Group – our guides Birman and Bimal were outstanding: really friendly with great local knowledge of the area and great at aiding me in with my asthma in the times I began to struggle. The tea houses we stayed in along the way were of high quality and the food we were given delicious; it was nice that this was paid for in advance so there was nothing to worry about on the trip itself. The trek was also ensured as physically manageable and sustainable as possible through the use of a Steripen to purify water meaning the need for only one water bottle to be carried. Really enjoyed the experience.

Additional Information
This is ADVENTURE travel, and many of the destinations on this site are in remote, underdeveloped areas where unpredictability is the norm. Despite careful planning and organization, our adventure trips can’t be taken for granted like regular trips. Many of the places we visit lack the emergency health and safety services you’re used to in the developed world. Internal flights can be canceled, road transport is often uncomfortable and unreliable, and hotel standards may not match those of the West.
If you’re not prepared for this, you shouldn’t travel with us. The unpredictability also means that our itineraries are statements of intent, not contractual obligations. Factors such as weather, transport difficulties, and political instability might require us to change any itinerary. The trip leader will make any necessary changes after consulting with the group. Such changes are rarely significant, and we always do our best to minimize their impact. However, we cannot be held responsible for changes or delays, regardless of their cause.
What makes this trip different ?

For details click here what we do and why we do?
Donation
Trekking Team Group donates a percentage of business profits to the foundation on a yearly basis, which supports the ongoing maintenance cost required for Gramin Devi and Khumbeshwori school, a community-based school in Nuwakot.
Sponsorship
One of the major activities of Ambe foundation is the children sponsorship program, which is conducted with full collaboration with Trekking Team Group.
Partnership (Volunteering Program)
The Ambe Volunteer Program, organised by Ambe Foundation and Trekking Team Group, aims to mobilize teams of experts and interested individuals as an effective and economic measure in providing the human capital for education, health and community development in Nuwakot District.
