Holiday For Mind, Body & Soul

Holiday For Mind, Body & Soul is an ideal yoga trek in the Himalayas, offering a short and enjoyable journey with many sights and experiences. We begin by exploring Kathmandu Valley and the medieval town of Bhaktapur, then head to Balthali, a picturesque village with stunning views. From there, we fly to Pokhara, avoiding a long bus ride, where we spend a night in the lake city and enjoy the evening.

The next day, we hike for 3 hours to Astam, where we stay overnight amidst the Annapurna Panorama, enjoying yoga sessions and sunrise views. Returning to Kathmandu the following day for our last night before our return flight home, this seven-day yoga tour showcases Nepal’s culture, natural beauty, and adventure. You’ll experience a once-in-a-lifetime flight over the mesmerizing Himalayas and find peace and tranquility with Buddhist monks during prayers.

This tour is perfect for yoga retreats, offering relief from chronic diseases, weight gain, and stress through daily yoga and meditation. Our aim is for you to leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, relaxed, focused, and ready for any challenges ahead, leaving all stress behind. You’ll also be fascinated by the medieval arts and architecture seen in the Pagoda-style temples, palaces, and courtyards. You may be interested on longer version of the tour
